It All Began With a Little Girl's Dream in 1950s Los Angeles
Raquel is creator and founder of Bella Victoria Bridal Boutique, having grown up in her grandmother's busy bridal shop in downtown Los Angeles. Through her young girl's eyes it was truly amazing to have been able to watch as thousands of brides-to-be walked into her grandmother's store with a wish for a custom made gown for their dream wedding. Raquel's fascination of the many beautiful fabrics, colors, textures, intricate laces and beading that went into creating the couture gowns eventually became her passion as the dresses came to life right before her eyes. It was awe-inspiring and became a dream that ultimately paved the way for her to obtain a degree in fashion design with plans to eventually open Bella Victoria Bridal Boutique.
