    A: Yes, along with our highlighted collections we can order any dress in our designer collections not shown.Back to top


  3. Q: Will the color of my gown be the same as the images shown on your website?
    A: The tone of light on the fabric can make it appear different as you view the images on the website, as will computer monitors and printers. It is best to view in person the fabric color swatches that are available specifically to each collection for that season.Back to top

    A: We highly recommend you make an appointment. We would love the opportunity to provide you with our undivided attention and expertise with your bridal or special occasion choices.   6. Q: What type of payments do you accept?
    A: We accept cash and major credit cards. Checks are accepted for any special orders.Back to top


  7. Q: What payment option do you offer when I am ready to place my order on a dress?
    A: We offer up to a 6 month Layaway on dresses over $600. If you need to special order a dress, we require 1/2 down upon ordering and the balance can be split into equal monthly payments depending on the balance. Back to top


  8. Q: Do you offer layaway?
    A: Yes, our layaway program is as follows: We offer up to a 6 month layaway depending on the cost of the dress, 20% deposit due at time of layaway. There are no refunds on layaways as all dress purchases are final. Not good on sale or clearance items. Back to top

    A: All sales final, no refunds. This "final sale" policy is consistent with industry standards for bridal and special occasion apparel.Back to top


  10. Q: How long does it take to have a garment ordered or designed?
    A: Average delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks if in stock with the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has their own delivery dates so this is done on a case by case basis.Back to top

    A: After setting your first initial one on one appointment. Plan on being measured, it is important that you bring the proper undergarments for precise measuring so that we can better serve you in ordering your specific size.Back to top

  13. Q: Do I need to bring anything with me for my fitting?
    Yes, you will need to bring shoes with size heel you will be wearing along with proper undergarments. Please ask your consultant for exact items needed. Back to top
